Not Sure what Purpose this App Serves
Im not sure why this app is necessary. Many of the features seem to overlap with the existing Hyatt app. The few exclusive features that it does offer -- room service, messaging the front desk, valet -- should be incorporated into the existing Hyatt app. Also, the app lacks integration with Touch ID.
